1. Mercury☿, as the shape of its sign suggests, is a spiral entanglement of two forces, which show a tentacle above the top.

In the sense of an exchange of two things, it means "communication" or "information".

It can also mean memory or testing in the sense of antennae being emitted.

It can also indicate the intertwining of Chinese mythology of Nuwa and Fushuithe.

It means contact and fusion of counterparts, i.e., the exchange of information.

It is the helical structure of DNA.

In this sense, ☿ represents the life sciences.

WHO also uses the symbol of a spiraling snake. 

This is also a mark of alchemy and witchcraft. 

2. As in that way, Mercury ☿ has an intellectual meaning plus the meaning of union and mixing.

In males' horoscopes, it mainly represents work (tasks), but it can also indicate interactions with women.

For women, it often refers to meeting a good business partner.

3．In mythology, ☿ is said to be called Mercury or Hermes, but ☿ does not indicate a talent for the lyre (stringed instrument) or arm strength like Hermes.

Mercury ☿ is said to be the patron star of Virgo♍ and Gemini♊, but its nature is not immediately similar to that of either sign. 

If I had to choose which zodiac sign Mercury is closer to, Virgo or Gemini, it would probably be closer to Virgo.

Mercury ☿ has a pretty strong meaning of medicine and sanitation, and in that sense, it can be said to indicate a fastidiousness.

It is the so-called virginity.

4. Mercury☿ 's nature is considered to be basically earthly, but it also has a wind nature meaning: career services and secretarial work. 

I don't think this planet has a fire nature.

5. Mercury often represents lips and skin in the body.

When Mercury☿ has a bad aspect with other planets, it sometimes causes itchy skin lesions.
