60stars Astrology Season 6
133 Let's learn how to predict the future Season 6-5
Far East section Mr. Park Chung-hee
1. Let me now introduce the horoscope of Mr. Park Chung-hee from Korea (Fig. 1).
He was a magnificent and great politician. His V = 2.81.
His 60star's Sun was in Aquarius, 60star's Moon was in Capricorn.
He was a strong and very outstanding leader among the king class.
In the Far East, he was a great man in 50-100 years.
( Fig. 1 )
2. Born into extreme poverty, he received government funds to attend a teacher's school and later became a teacher before volunteering to become a soldier.
However, after Japan's defeat in the war, the Korean peninsula suddenly found itself in a period of upheaval.
Mr. Park continued to serve in the military, but amidst the turmoil, he became active as a member of the South Korean Labour Party, and in 1948, when his involvement in the Yeosu and Suncheon incidents was detected, he was arrested and almost executed (when his progressing Sun was in Opposition with Saturn , in Square with Moon. Figure 2).
However, he managed to escape this crisis and returned to the military in 1950, then studied in the U.S., an elite course in the Korean military, and returned to become a division commander at the age of 37.
(Fig.2)
3. After Seung-man Lee's downfall in 1960, in October of the same year, he decided to stage a coup d'etat, and the following year he did so (at age 43 His natal Sun's Trine. Fig. 3).
It was a rather reckless coup d'รฉtat and the odds were not in his favor, but the U.S., which had been busy dealing with Cuba, approved of this regime.
It was said that even the Yakuza were no match for General Park.
(Fig.3)
(Fig.3)
Thus, in 1963, Park held elections and was elected president, starting the Third Republic of Korea (when his progressing Sun was in Sextile of Ascendant)
(Fig.4).
4. Mr. Park tried to use Japan's power to develop the nation's economy, and managed to hold off a fierce domestic opposition by Kim Young-sam and Lee Myung-bak with the help of the military.
He managed to get a treaty signed with Japan (1965).
In 1967, he was reelected president.
In 1967, he was reelected president, and the following year, the Pohang Steel Works finally began operations (when his progressing Sun was in trine△ with Saturn), marking the beginning of Korea's rapid economic growth (Miracle on the Han River, Fig. 5).
5. Even amidst this economic growth, turmoil in South Korea continued, with attacks by North Korea and a rebellion by military special forces (1971 Silmido incident , 150° of his natal Sun Fig. 6).
He also struggled in the election against Kim Dae-jung.
(Fig. 6)
Therefore, in October 1972, at the age of 55, he declared martial law and amended the constitution ( "The Restoration Coup" ). (Opposition of Arcturus)
(Fig. 7)
6. From this point on, the dark dictatorial color of Park's administration became more and more apparent.
His political rivals are also targeting him.
Just as Park's Sun☉ entered his natal Taurus sign, his wife was murdered in August 1974 (when his progressing sun was in square of the Ascendant).
Since Park's natal Sun and Moon are in Scorpio and Saturn is in Leo (Figure 1), this his Taurus period becomes very severe.
7. With a dangerous atmosphere filling the country, the mysterious Korea-gate incident occurred in 1976, allegedly targeting a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (Neptune's square Fig. 8).
(Fig. 8)
Furthermore, the Carter administration of the U.S. criticized Park Chung-hee from the standpoint of "human rights diplomacy" , and Korea was internationally isolated.
Now we know that this was a plot by the intelligence agencies of that country to eliminate Park Chung-hee, who was trying to develop his own nuclear weapons program in order to build a country that would not be influenced by other countries.
But Park was then known internationally as a dictator with a bit of a funny streak.
Park distanced herself from the U.S., and then secretly discussed economic cooperation with China, which finally led to his assassination in October 1979 (when his progressing Sun was in square with Saturn, in Opposition with his natal Moon. Fig. 9).
The assassination was carried out by the KCIA, the center of Western spies in the Far East.

Park Chung-hee was a military man, but in a time of peace, he would have long been respected as a very outstanding leader because of his good judgment and his ability to execute decisively.
.....Next time, another great leader who also struggled with relations with the West.
That's all for today.

That's all for today.

By the way, next time we will have Mr. Chiang Kai-shek, the father of the Republic of China.
Now, each of you should calculate how much V (speed) he had!
