1. India is a land of yoga. It is a land of wonders.

This is just what Tanu‐chan has to tell you as I heard it.

By the way, Tanu-chan doesn't do yoga, let alone exercises, and I'm afraid my waist is about to get ripped off !

2.  Now, according to what I have heard from these people,

Chakras are, well, they are like round balls that are attached to the body.

To be precise, basically, each chakra has its own location, and there is a ball attached to it, and it seems to be connected to the body by a string.

3.  Chakra balls are located in the eyebrows, throat, chest, lower abdomen, genitals, one on each side, and two around the kidneys.

There is a picture of a chakra ball on the top of the head, but that seems to vary from person to person.

Some people think it is a big beam of about 15 cm in diameter that stretches straight up, while others think it is more like a ball.

The balls at the upper part of the body are dry and light, the one on the chest is slightly hot, and the one in the lower part of the body is heavy and sticky.

When a ball falls from its original place, it must be put back in place by either pulling the string or picking it up.

They say that if you drop more than one ball, the string gets mixed up and it's very difficult to untie them.
