Numbers and Delusions: A Strange Test

" The Answer to the previous Questions 1, and Todays Questions "

1.  Now, the answers to the previous Questions are shown in the illustration above.

4Φ⁵ + 4Φ⁴ ( =4Φ⁶ ) corresponds to a regular tetrahedron.
8Φ⁴ + 4Φ³ ( =4Φ⁶ ) corresponds to a regular octahedron.

And the one that probably gave you some trouble—

6Φ⁵ + 2Φ² ( =4Φ⁶ )—represents a regular hexahedron,
that is, a cube.

Now we have all five Platonic solids!

Of course, it’s fine if you got them wrong— after all, this is all just delusion.

....By the way, I also drew the soccer-ball-shaped solid.

That one is 32Φ + 20 ( = 4Φ⁶ )—there are 32 faces, so count them if you have time!

2.  Now for today’s questions.

Among these shapes in the illustration above., only the cube lies in the green region, because it contains right angles (90 degrees)—...let’s call that the Group of Three.

The white region (from the tetrahedron to the 32-faced solid)
has angles of 12 degrees, like 60° or 72°.
We might call that the Group of Two.

" Within this green region, consider Q1 and Q2.
What shapes come next after the cube?"

....Are they Platonic solids?
Hmm, under the current mathematical definitions, not exactly.

But… perhaps they’re still part of the same family.

Think about it!  The answers will come next time.

That’s all for today!
