Corrections to the Previous Post and Notes After the End of “Season?”

1. Right now, Tanu-chan’s blog is out of order, going from Season Vacation 1 → Season ▲ → Season? （→ Season ▲ → Season Vacation 2.）

Especially Season ▲ suddenly jumped to “Season?” and started talking about magic forms, and then went back to Season ▲ again starting with the next post, so the structure is quite messed up.

Well, I do feel bad about it, but I really didn’t expect Google to suddenly delete all of Tanu-chan’s English posts without any warning.

So I put Season ▲ on hold for a bit and switched to the magic forms topic instead.

I ended up writing about four posts all at once.


...............Well, anyway, since there was a mistake in the previous post, I’ll put a correction image at the top of the blog.

The center is 444; 

the 8 lines and two circles (outer and inner) total 888.

However, the center circle (middle circle) is 1776.............

......Huh? 1776 again?



I noticed the mistake when I posted it, so I did mention it on X (Twitter).

Well, actually, Tanu-chan was in Yokohama, so I couldn’t correct it myself.

....More buildings have sprung up in Yokohama (photo on the right of the illustration of this post).

2. By the way, the magic forms Tan-chan wrote about this time aren’t the so-called four-square magic squares, but shapes formed by combining the same figures in double or triple layers.

As you can see, Tan-chan loves interpreting crop circles. 

Both the pentagons and heptagons mentioned in this article were drawn based on images of crop circles created by aliens.

Right now, I’m really excited about a crop circle that appeared a little while ago—it’s clearly a 13-sided polygon.

.....What could it be indicating?
.....What numbers should be placed inside it?

3. There are many different types of magic forms.

So, in that sense, I don’t think there’s any need to stick strictly to the so-called four-sided square magic forms.

As long as you’re not using them for magic, you’re free to explore any shape you like.

Try punching holes in a piece of paper!


When drawing magic forms, I find myself more interested in their relationship to geometric shapes—like pentagrams and other star-shaped figures—rather than magic itself.

........If you make a tetrahedron into a star shape, what kind of star is it?

.......What kind of polyhedron forms a pentagram?

.......What variations are there when you turn them into magic forms?

.......Do they correspond to magic squares?

Well, those are the kinds of things that start to intrigue me.
