and

Actually, a French scientist, Michel Gauquelin , looked into this theme a long time ago.

　　

He concluded that Mars ♂ a little above the Ascendant as seen by birth time (or Mars ♂ a little ahead of M.C.) is often found in the horoscopes of athletes.

The result of this research, of course, was not well-received by the public, and also by astrology enthusiasts. The reason why is Mr.Gauquelin's conclusion suggested that when Mars♂ is in the 12th house (or 9th house), it is suitable for athletes, but the 12th house ( the house of the subconscious mind) and 9th house ( the house of foreign countries) in traditional astrology have no such meanings. 

So, it didn't become very popular.

But, as Tanu-chan has said many times, the soul enters the body a little before birth.

So from that point of view, there are many athletes who have Mars♂ exactly on the Ascendant or exactly on the M.C., Tanu-chan doesn't think what Mr. Gauquelin said is so wrong. 

However, Tanu-chan thinks that since Mars♂ is a planet of war, it doesn't necessarily affect people who play sports so much.

There are many kinds of sports. Figure skating, horseback riding. Gymnastics.…

If you want to find the effects of Mars♂, I think it's probably more likely to show up in people who use knives and weapons, like surgeons and soldiers.

Mars♂ could be quite clear, and if it is around the ascendant, the skin will be reddish.
