86 About "Know the future"
Progression Part 2:
Read Napoleon's Horoscope! ③

1.  Napoleon went to Russia in the summer of 1812, suffered a crushing defeat (☍ of Saturn and □ of Arcturus★), and a coup d'etat was attempted in his homeland, but he managed to survive that winter (his natal Moon☽ Conjunction☌) ,thanks to the popularity of his people.

There were not many soldiers in France anymore.
Thus ends Napoleon's Capricorn period.

2. In the next period (the Aquarius period), Napoleon has little help from powerful stars, with his natal Sun in Opposition, his Ascendant square, and his natal Moon and Saturn in semi-sextile, as you can see from Napoleon's natal horoscope.

When Napoleon's progressing Sun☉ entered Aquarius (age 43.9), or the early summer of 1813, his empire began to collapse into full swing.

It was the Sixth Grand Alliance against France.

3. Napoleon fought well, but was defeated in the Battle of Leipzig (the War of the Nations) in October 1813, and the following year, on March 31, 1814, Paris fell to the Lords. Napoleon abdicated from the throne.

At this time, the position of his Sun in progression was,
V (3.6 degrees) x 44.6 years + 22 degrees = 182.6 degrees
and was exactly square□ to his Ascendant.
(Fig.1)

4.  However, the Lords were generous and Napoleon was simply swept away to the island of Elba
The island of Elba is not so far from the Italian peninsula.

So, Napoleon escaped from Elba Island and made a second attempt, but he was defeated in the Battle of Waterloo and was exiled to St. Helena (sailed in August 1815).

The sun of Napoleon's progression at this time was,
V (3.6) x 46 years + 22 = 187.6 degrees, or at around 7 degrees of Aquarius.
That is the opposition ☍ of his MC and natal Mercury☿.

Napoleon was blown by a strong Wind and finally went to a distant isolated island.
(Fig.2)

5. It seems that he was not treated so badly there.

Then he became ill and suffered from a fever (1818-19) with severe unexplained headaches and palpitations, and finally died.

Napoleon was 50 years old when he got this disease, then his progressing sun☉ was,
V(3.6) x 50 years old + 22 = 202 degrees.
It is at 22 degrees of Aquarius, which is his natal Sun☉ 's Opposition .
(Fi. 3).

The sun☉, as we all know, refers to the heart, head, heat, etc.

So I think Napoleon probably had a disease of the vascular system of the heart or brain.

6. He died in May 1821.
Just one more degree or so (a few months) and he would have left his Aquarius♒.

We have had a quick look at Napoleon's life, but it has been quite long.

...So, from the next time on, I will try to keep it short and to the point, otherwise, articles will become too long.

Next time, we will look at  Adolf Hitler (V=3.0°/year)
This person is also quite old, so it may be okay to write about him.

Well, that's all for today.
