Progression Part 4: 
Read J.F.K's Horoscope! ①

1.  Okay, now, J.F.K., Mr. John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

He was a hero of tragedy when the U.S. was the Center of the World.

Mr. Kennedy, too, almost exactly, 

V = 3.0°/year

 

That is, his sun moves 3 degrees per year, and he had as much power as  A. Hitler.

2.  First, let's look at his natal horoscope (Figure 1) before we look at his progression.

His ASC is just about ♎29 degrees of Libra, with weakness in the hip bones and adrenals. 

His Sun is about 8 degrees in Gemini (around 7 degrees 50 ), that means going from ♎ to ♏ in 60stars astrology.

So, JFK has his Sun (in 60Stars Astrology)  and his ASC in almost the same position(♎）.

It is a prominent placement with emphasis on latter halh of ♎.

In addition, Arcturus★ is placed at around 27 degrees of Libra. 

This star is what Edgar Cayce called "the larger sun" and indicates violence, military, assassinations, etc.

His natal saturn is at 26 degrees of Cancer and it was in square with his ASC and Arcturus.

These indicate his very hard physical (ASC) situation.

3.  Now, let's look at his life.

JFK was physically weak as a young man, was unable to go to high school at age 17, and dropped out of his first college soon after.

His Sun in progression at age 17 was

V (3.0) x 17 years old + 7.8 degrees = 58.8 degrees (Figure 2), which was around 28 degrees of Cancer.

That was in square□ to his ASC and Arcturus★, so it's no surprise that he felt unwell. He would have been in severe pain.

Also it was in conjunction☌ with his natal Saturn, so there was nothing good about it.

4. JFK was introduced to the public during World War II.

JFK was the captain of a small military boat that collided with a Japanese warship destroyer in August 1943.

JFK's (26 years old) sun at this time was

V (3.0) x 26.2 years old + 7.8 degrees = 86.4 degrees,

i.e., 26 degrees of Leo, a semi-sextile of Saturn (it indicates accident) and a sextile of Arcturus★, which represents the military.

At this time, Kennedy, while wounded as a soldier, did everything in his power to ensure the safety of his fellow crew members who were thrown overboard.

He swam to a distant island, reported the accident, and rescued his crew.

5.  With his father's help, this accident was widely publicized the following year(1944), and Kennedy was declared a "Hero".

JFK's sun in progression at this time was,

V (3.0) x 27 years + 7.8 degrees ≒89 degrees, i.e., at 29 degrees of Leo, which was in good aspect (sextile) of his ASC.

Thus Kennedy emerged into the world by his father's power.

6. Later, Kennedy would go into politics with the help of his father and mother's relatives (given money and election ground), even though he was struggling with his illness, becoming a congressman (age 29), then a senator in 1952, and finally marrying Jackeline in September 1953.

At the time of marriage, his progressing Sun was,

V(3.0) x 36.33 years + 7.8 degrees = 116.8 degrees, 

i.e., at 26 degrees of Virgo and in sextile with his natal Saturn at 26 degrees of Cancer (Figure 4).

As Tanu-chan has written before, Saturn's good aspects are often a sign for men to settle down = marriage.

And his natal Moon☽ is in Virgo, Kennedy must have been popular among ladies during this Virgo period!

7.  However, shortly after the marriage, Kennedy was hospitalized due to severe back pain (his progressive Sun and his ASC and Arcturus are in semi-sextile, at 26-29 degrees Virgo)
