60stars Astrology Season 5
101 Let's learn how to predict the future ~Season 5 Appendix 2‐①
About the sexagesimal system ①
12 Signs and 20 progressive periods
1. At any rate, I wrote about the basics of progressions in this Season 5.
In progressions, the most important thing to know is what stars the progressing Sun☉ meets at any given time, and the aspects the Sun makes with those stars.
But that is still a bit short.
Tanu-chan, will write about it in this season.
2. First of all, the first factor is the Zodiac Sign.
As I mentioned before, for example, even if you get your natal Saturn square🔳, the situation will be different depending on the state of the zodiac sign where your progressing Sun is currently progressing.
In other words, according to the natal state of the sign is good or bad, the situation is quite different.
For example, if you look at a natal chart and your natal Saturn is square🔳 to a sign, but another powerful star is at a good aspect to that sign (such as trine△ with its natal Sun), you may be able to get by, even if you have a very hard time with Saturn square.
On the other hand, if none of the powerful stars such as Saturn ♄, the Sun ☉ and the Moon ☽, or the Ascendant are in good aspect, you will be in a terrible situation until your progressing Sun passes through that sign.
To give a specific example, George Washington lost a lot of battles during the American Revolution, but he was able to get by in the end.
It is because his natal Saturn ♄ was square to the sign, but also his natal Sun☉ was trine to the sign.
On the other hand, if not only Saturn♄ but other stars are in bad aspects, it is disastrous.
For example, Kakuei Tanaka, former Prime Minister of Japan, received a square of his natal Saturn when his progressing Sun was in in Scorpio .
(Fig 1)
The state of his natal chart's scorpio was so bad, with the Opposition☍ of his natal Sun☉ (Taurus) and the Square🔳 of his natal Moon☽ (Aquarius) and Saturn ♄(Leo),150°of his ASC that he was arrested at once.
🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Well, that's why it is important to find out what the state(situation) was like in the natal chart for that zodiac sign, once we know about the sign the Sun☉ is progressing.
It means that the environment(state/situation) changes every zodiac sign (30 degrees).
3. Please re-examine Hitler's horoscope.
The Cancer♋ Era of Progression; His frustration as a painter and his time in the military.
The Leo♌ Era of Progression; Joining the Nazi Party and the Beer Hall Putsch, the NSDAP (opposition party) period.
The Virgo♍ Era of Progression; Prime Minister and the Building of the Third Reich.
The Libra♎ Era of Progression; World War II and the fall of the Third Reich.
You will see that there are objective period changes for each zodiac sign (constellation 30°).
4. Now, here is something that I don't think you would find in most books, but there is an another way to divide the Progression period.
As I mentioned a little before, it is the division of the celestial sphere by the icosahedron, that is, by 18 degrees (there is a first half and a second half, so we can say every 36 degrees).
These are not fixtures in the sky like zodiac signs, but are counted starting from the natal sun.
For example, if you are born under the natal Sun at 8 degrees Virgo (158 degrees ecliptic longitude),
the first half of the first progressive period is 18 degrees from 8 to 26 degrees Virgo,
the second(latter) half of the first progressive period is from 26 degrees Virgo to 14 degrees Libra,
and the first half of the second progressive period is from 14 degrees Libra to 2 degrees Scorpio.
....You can count to the second half of the tenth progressive period like the above(18×2×10=360).
Perhaps as you learn more, you will understand better, but the power of this 18-degree-by-18-degree division of progressive periods is also clear.
For example, if there is a concentration of intense stars with bad aspects during a certain progressive period, then that whole period will be under severe caution.
5. In the case of Napoleon, his V = 3.6°, so the progressive period changes every 18 ÷ 3.6 = 5 years.
Napoleon was born in 1769, and the progressive period changes every 5 years: 5 years old 1773-1774, 10 years old 1778-79, 15 years old 1783-84.... the progression period changes every 5 years.
Thus, in his case,
1793-1794 support of the Jacobins and the Thermidorian reaction
1798-1799 The Brumaire coup d'etat
1803-1804 He became Emperor
1808-1809 Divorce from Josephine
1813-1814 War of the Nations and abdication from the throne
1818-1819 Sickness (died 1821)
So you can see that his life was divided by progressive periods.
Also I wrote about this issue a bit in the explanation of progression about Marie Antoinette on my mini-blog for children, so if you want to take a look at it, please click here!
(French Revolution)
In short, when reading progressions,
you need to pay attention to
①Each state of the 30-degree sign, and
②The 18- or 36-degree progressive period.
This is how to read the horoscope.
Well, that's all for today.
