Progression Part 7: 
Read W. Churchill's horoscope①

1 . Now, starting today, let's look at the horo

scope of the British Grand Vizier, W. Churchill.

First, we look at his natal horoscope (Figure 1),his ASC was the last of Virgo (29 degrees). Yes, he was a writer.

His Sun was around 7 degrees of Sagittarius, which in 60stars astrology is Aries.

This means he's a boorish, in-form person. 

His Moon was 29 degrees of Leo, which is also in Sagittarius in 60stars astrology.

So both his Sun and Moon were in Fire signs. He was romantic and passionate person, though he looked a bit different(♍).
His Saturn is 9 degrees in Aquarius.

2.  Churchill's life opened up when he served in the Second Boer War. 

Churchill was born into an aristocratic family with a finance minister father, but his studies were nowhere near as good.

However, his ambition and sense of honor were too strong, so he set out to make his mark one day. 

He had been writing novels about his military experiences, but it was his trip to South Africa as a newspaper correspondent in November 1899 that made him famous.

Churchill was 25 at the time.
He was taken prisoner of war (Square□ of his Sun☉), but he quickly escaped and fled to the British Consulate in Mozambique, but everyone thought Churchill had been killed, so this escape made Churchill a hero in the newspaper reports.

At that time Churchill's progressing Sun became the trine△ of Sirius☆ (Figure 2)
V (3.68) x 25 + 7 degrees = 99 degrees, or 9 degrees of Pisces.

Sirius☆ indicates an expedition, and certainly Mozambique is a long way from South Africa. 

Maybe there was considerable exaggeration, but Churchill did not let this opportunity pass him by, and he immediately ran for office and became a member of the Conservative Party (1900).



3. Churchill then rose steadily (his progressing Sun☉ was in trine△ with his natal Sun☉),  becoming Undersecretary of State for Colonial Affairs (1906), Minister of Commerce (1908), and then turned to the Liberal Party to become Minister of Home Affairs, an very important cabinet position (1910, age 34 trine △ Uranus (15 degrees Leo), which governs the bureaucracy).

And from the winter of 1910 he was involved in the violent suppression of the trade union movement.

Churchill's progressing Sun at this time(1910) was
V (3.68) x 35.2 years + 7 degrees = 136.5 degrees, 

i.e.,16.5 degrees in Aries, in opposition☍ to his natal Mars♂ in Libra (Figure 3).

But the suppression failed and Churchill was reduced from Home Secretary to Minister of the Navy.

4.  Later, while still Minister of the Navy, Churchill drafted the Mental Infirmities Act from a eugenics perspective (Neptune conjunction☌). 
Neptune♆ means protection of the weak as well as the navy, but this law was not so protective. 

Rather, it seems to me that he was strengthening the intelligence services.

5.  After the outbreak of World War I, Churchill got into the things and became more and more dogmatic. 

Then, in March 1915, he insisted on the Gallipoli Peninsula landings.

But it failed and so many casualties were suffered. 

Churchill was dismissed as Minister of the Navy, and in November of the same year he left the Cabinet.

Churchill's progressing sun at that time(1915) was,
V (3.68) x 41 years + 7 degrees = 157.8 degrees. 

It was near 7 degrees of Taurus, semi-sextile the Sun☉ and square□ Saturn♄ shortly thereafter. 

This is definitely a disqualification.

Well, it couldn't be helped that the opponent was Mr. Kemal Atatürk.
At this time, the British Empire had no choice but to appoint a super Ace from the common people, Lloyd- George, the Great King.

If Lloyd-George had not subsequently opted for a ceasefire, both Turkey and Britain would have been plunged into a devastating war.

6.  Well, here is the amazing thing about Churchill: he did not give up. 

Even though everyone hated him, he went on a hunting campaign, and the following year he was reinstated as Minister of Munitions.
Then he got carried away again, this time with the Russian Revolution, and became extremely anti-Communist.

This extremism was not liked by Lloyd-George, and Churchill was demoted to Minister for the Colonies, where he had no choice but to devote himself to his hobby of painting (February 1921).
Lloyd-George left office shortly thereafter, and in the 1922 election, Churchill, who was undergoing appendectomy, unexpectedly lost the election because of the notoriety of Churchill's anti-worker, anti-revolution stance.

At the time of the demotion to the colonial minister, his progressing Sun was,
3.68 x 46.3 + 7 = 177°.
It was at about 27°-28° of Taurus, which squared his natal Moon☽ (Figure 5).

However, this extreme anti-communism would be hotly contested by supporters of the Conservative Party, the Liberal Party's rival. (Moon square, ASC trine).

This Churchill pattern of getting carried away and failing again would be replicated much later.
