97 About "Know the future"
Progression Part 8:
Explanation by Tanu-chan up to this season （Commentary so far）
1. Now that we have looked at 5 persons; Napoleon Ⅰ, A. Hitler, J. F. Kennedy, N. Khrushchev, and W. Churchill.
Have you gotten the hang of how to read progressions?
Let me review a few.
2. First, for each person, the speed of progressing Sun☉ is different.
V = (X)°/year
Then, the position of the Sun☉ in progression when the person is Y years old would be located, counting from the natal sun,
X°/year x (Y)age (apart from its natal Sun' ☉s position)
....It is the position of the progressing Sun☉ at the age of Y (years old).
For example, J. F. Kennedy had V = 3.0°/year, so at the age of 46.5 when he was assassinated, the position of his progressing sun was
3.0° x 46.5 = 139.5°.
And, since his natal Sun is at 7°of Gemini♊, his Progressing Sun at 46.5 would be at 26.5°of Libra♎.
It was an exact square□ to his natal Saturn♄ and an exact conjunction☌ to Arcturus★, so we know that he was doomed to "death by violence (..by military organization)."
3. And I won't explain why, but human capacity to carry things ("Power") can be calculated from V, once it is known.
Suppose that the "Power" is P,
P = {V x (2 x 2) /(3 x 3) + √13} cubed
This is obtained as the person's innate "Power".
For J. F. Kennedy's case,
P = {3.0 x 4 / 9 + √13} cubed≒120
Therefore, Kennedy's innate P is roughly 120.
The smaller the figure of P, the stronger the "Power".
4. As Tanu-chan sees it, humans are limited to P = around 100.
If your P is around 300-400, you are a powerful person or an elite in the society.
Therefore, even in a fairly large country, a person with P around 100 might appear once every 100 to 200 years.
In Japan, by the way, people who became Prime Ministers were concentrated around P = 200.
There are a few considerable exceptions, such as Kakuei Tanaka, Shin...
5. However, even if the "Power" is stronger (smaller figure of P), it does not mean that these people are powerful from childhood, but their power increases year by year.
How does it increase?
Let Pt be the power at a certain age,
Pt = Age/P
Then, for example, when J. F. Kennedy became President at the age of 43.5 years old, his power at that time was
Pt = 43.5/120 ≒ 0.3625.
To become President of the United States, in general, one needs at least Pt > 0.36 (square of 0.6).
I will explain about "Pt" in more detail much later.
By the way, Hitler, who also had V=3.0, came to power in January 1933, when he was 43 years old, just like Kennedy.
Well, this is what Pt means.
In Japan, Pt > 3.025(square of 0.55) is the requirement to become prime minister.
Any prime minister's administration below this level will be extremely short-lived.
These stories will be written in later seasons after season 6, maybe!
6. 2nd,actually reading the horoscopes, maybe you understand the nature of the stars: Venus♀, Mars♂, Sun☉, Moon☽, Saturn♄, Arcturus★, Sirius☆, and Ascendant.
In particular, I think you also understand the tremendous power of Saturn♄
It has a very fearsome force.
7. By the way, I want you to be cautious about the fact that things are a little different now than they were in the past.
One of the reasons is "population".
In the past, the population was small.
But now, the population is so large that it takes a certain size (P and Pt) to be a chief of a country, compared to the past.
The other reason is that this current era (2024) is a unique time in history.
Human beings themselves are changing, and so many Great Kings, Great Scientists, Great Artists, and Great MAGIs are reincarnating.

8. Some may wonder if Napoleon's V (V = 3.6) is somewhat different.
"Napoleon Ⅰ" was a man who conquered a large area of Europe in his 30s.

As I wrote before, in the horoscope, the Moon☽ moves about 12 degrees when the Sun☉ moves 1 degree, no matter whose horoscope it is.
So it will be different from the actual astronomical observations.
In addition, the Ascendant moves about 360 degrees when the Sun moves 1 degree.
I will briefly explain the Moon's(Lunar) progression using A. Hitler's and J.F.K.'s horoscopes, so please study them in advance!
