60stars Astrology Off Season 2
110 Myths and Celestial Bodies⑥
About "The Star of Hermès "
(OFF SEASON② -6 )
1 . Among the stars, there is one star whose effect is very obvious, but I haven't mentioned it until now, so I'll explain this one.
You don't have to pay too much attention to it. It's just for reference.
So what is that star?
It is the star of Hermès.
Well, Tanu-chan just calls it that.
2.This star is strong and indicates the expansion of relationships such as
partners, siblings, friends, and circles;
training such as push-ups and running;
competitive games such as chess;
moving;
playing musical instruments (lyre and other stringed instruments);
postal, telephone, and broadcasting jobs;
transportation such as carriages, bicycles, and automobiles; two hands and two feet.
Because it shows the characteristics of Hermès in Greek mythology, Tanu-chan calls it "the Star of Hermès".
Simply put, they are partners, they are brothers, they are wheels, they are dumbbells, they are competitive games, they are sending and receiving, they are telephones,
It indicates that two pairs make one set.
3.When this star is in a bad aspect, communications and traffic can be disrupted and you might get into a car accident like Mr. W. Churchill, so be careful.
This is a star of the nature of wind and a star of quite clear meaning.
When Mr. Kakuei Tanaka of Japan became Minister of postal service, this star came around.
Mr. Tanaka got carried away and sang a song about the Japanese mafia on the air (radio), and the media beat him up a lot, but in this case, music, broadcasting, postal service, and the mass media all have the characteristics of Hermès.
4. Hermès is at about 11.5-13.5 degrees. It would be probably in Aquarius, Leo, or Gemini, but again, there might not be a first magnitude star that fits.
If it were, perhaps in Gemini?
Then Rigel in Orion would be a candidate.
Rigel means "foot," so that is a possibility.
The famous Hermes shoe with feathers.
But, as I mentioned before, Orion forms an association around the Great Cloud (M42), which is a large and very specific region (Gemini 11°-29°), so first of all, it's hard to recognize the whole area.
And although Orion is well known by name, the mythology is quite poor.
There are no good stories about him, such as that he was the son of Neptune and was killed because he was a roughneck, or that his mother was transformed into a monster like Gorgon.
Tanu-chan supposes that Orion was a constellation of a God among Gods that was venerated long before the Greeks and Romans, just as it was identified with Osiris in Egyptian times, and thus its significance was reduced to a trivialized form in later mythology.
I'm not convinced that such a flamboyant constellation has only a poor mythology .
Even if many myths of Orion were absorbed into the stories of Hercules, Perseus, etc.
Orion, Canis Major, Canis Minor, Taurus... If you gaze long and hard enough, you will see something emerge like a shadow from these constellations.
Considering the story of Hermès cooperation in the construction of the pyramids, it is not unlikely that Rigel is the star of Hermes.
Well, anyway, I will look for this, as well as Vulcan, in my old age.
5. Every star in the night sky has a meaning.
But it is impossible to know the meaning of all of them.
So, Tanu-chan, of course, does not know either.
From an astrological point of view, not only bright stars such as the first magnitude stars, but also celestial bodies with visual diameters many times larger than the Moon, such as the Southern Cloud (the Large / Small Magellanic Clouds) and the Andromeda Nebula (M31), will surely have meanings.
Furthermore, although to the human eye we only see stars as bright or faint, large or small, or what color they are, there may be stars that are more flashy than first magnitude stars from a different perspective.
Some animals may be able to "see" them.
For example, there may be black holes or quasars that radiate tremendous energy toward the earth.
...Well, everyone should research on these things!
If you are proficient in astrology, you will discover at least ten interesting stars!
Well, that's all for today.
