116  Let's Learn How to Predict the Future:

1 . Now, let's look at Mr. W. Wilson, following the story from the previous article. 

Here is this person's horoscope.

This person was very honorable, but he had V = 4.28, which is not that great for an American president.

There were several other presidents with "V" about this high.

Well, for put it this way, it's like someone is manipulating him. like J.........

Mr. Wilson was originally a scholar. 

If you think of him as a scholar, he could be very powerful in this. 

However, it was still a little less powerful to run the great American Empire.



2.  Let's start with the Presidential Election of 1912. 

Mr. Wilson had tried to run for the presidency many times, but he did not have many supporters.

However, he won the presidential election after a split election by his opponent (1912  His progressing Sun☉ was in Trine△ with his natal sun☉.

At once, even though he had fewer votes than Taft and even less than Theodore, Wilson pressured his opponents hard and decided on important legislation.

That is, the following year, as soon as the Saturn♄ in Sextile rolled around (Fig. 3), he revised the tax code to change to income tax centralism and initiated the Federal Reserve System. 

It's incredibly aggressive.

3. Then, while remaining neutral in WWI, he began advocating a forum institution (the League of Nations) for international discussion on an equal basis when his progressing Sun was in trine△ with Uranus♅ and in sextile with M.C. and in trine△ with Mercury. （Mercury☿ is the serpent in the WHO symbol), 

and he was re-elected (1916), and pushed for this while promoting the control of the Courts.

The good aspects of the stars of the Wind Element mean accomplishments in the diplomacy and the judicial system.

However, already at the time of the meeting to talk about the League of Nations, it was reported by the national delegations that what he was saying was a bit strange and was confusing everyone.

4.  When it looked as if the talks were not going to proceed, Mr. Wilson had a brain stroke (1919, in square of his natal Sun, Fig. 5), and someone exercised his presidential authority to proceed with the League of Nations talk.

5. Mr. Wilson's health did not improve after that and he gave up for reelection in 1920,when his progressing Sun was in　square🔳 with Saturn ♄.

6.  After his work was done, Mr. Wilson died in 1924 at the age of 67 (Arcturus★ conjunction).

By the way, Mr. Wilson was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (1920).

Well, that's what it means....

.........Anyway.....Thus, many important organizations were started at this time!
